HI-CUT 14 forms a milky white emulsion with water and contains rust inhibitor to impart anti-rust, anticorrosion properties and a biocide to prevent bacterial growth in the water emulsion.
This oil has superior cooling and lubricating properties, which impart excellent surface, finish and minimize tool wear.
HI-CUT 14 is normally used as the concentration of 7-8 %. For the grinding and other light operations more dilutions are required; depending on the job in hand.
HI-CUT 14 is to be added to water with continuous stirring and not the vice versa, to get stable emulsion.
HI-CUT 14 is free of chlorine additive, which makes it eco-friendly.
HI-CUT 14 meets the performance level of IS 1115-1985 and is recommended for a variety of operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
