HI-SYNTH -11 is semi-synthetic universal coolant suitable for tpping, grinding, cutting operations of ferrous and non ferrous metals.
It is formulated to give best possible results in grinding and tapping for all type of metals.
Due to remarkable anti-corrosive properties the rusting hazards associated with soluble media cutting oils is completely eliminated.
HI-SYNTH -11 does not contain any nitirtes or phenolic derivatives, resulting in easy disposal of spent coolant.
HI-SYNTH – 11 is eco friendly in nature, and safe to handle.
As relatively small amount of oily matter is present, HI-SYNTH-11 is an ideal choice for production grinding and other operations such as tapping, turning, drilling and milling where the wheel grains must cut with no trace of burnishing.
Due to transparent emulsion, the component being machined is clearly visible.
Anti-bacterial additives ensure better coolant life and clearer machines.
To obtain the full advantage of this coolant, the machine circulating system should be free any fatty OR chemical residues.
