HI-SYNTH-4

• HI-SYNTH-4 is primarily a coolant for ferrous metals only. It is formulated to overcome difficulties faced in the cutting and grinding of cast iron.
• Due to remarkable anti-corrosive properties the rusting hazards associated with soluble media cutting oils is completely eliminated. It does not contain any phenolic derivatives.
• As relatively small amount of oily matter is present, HI-SYNTH-4 is an ideal choice for production grinding and other operations such as turning, drilling and milling where the wheel grains must cut with no trace of burnishing.

Salient Features:

• Due to transparent emulsion, the component being machined is clearly visible.
• Anti-bacterial additives ensure better coolant life and clearer machines.
• To obtain the full advantage of this coolant, the machine circulating system should be free any fatty OR chemical residues.
