HI-HON 47 is a medium viscosity honing oil based on the mixture of highly refined lubricating oils.
It is a mixture of specially selected lubricating oils, EP and oiliness additives in a balanced manner to give excellent flushing properties, which promote rapid sedimentation of foreign matters.
HI-HON 47 is free of chlorine-based additives, making it environment friendly.
The selected combination of additives reduces oil mist compared to conventional cutting oils.
HI-HON 47 is universal honing oil suitable for normal and hardened steels, grey cast iron, hard chrome surfaces, non-ferrous metals, etc.
